  • Provides comprehensive level of assistance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Provides high level of administrative and clerical support to the unit or function.
  • Undertakes special projects to meet the objectives of the function.
  • Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously, and follow-up on issues in a timely manner.
  • Collects and prepares background documents for various tasks.
  • Supports the following contacts activities: Administration of all contract documents and maintain tracking log.
  • Follow-up all assigned contracts to ensure compliance with AU policies, and coordinate with solicitor as deemed necessary
  • Follows the university rules and regulations.
  • Prepares correspondence, including composing routine letters and memos.
  • Maintains extensive files and records for the unit.
  • Undertakes other duties as required by the Senior Manager.
