- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field- At least two years of experience in a similar role- Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools- Knowledge of network protocols, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely or on-site- Experience with antivirus, malware, and ransomware protection tools
- Certification in CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or equivalent is a plus
