- Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers during pre-sales and post-sales stages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals and quotations to customers.
- Conduct product training sessions for customers and sales team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to provide timely and relevant technical expertise.
- Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights based on customer requirements and market trends.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote the company's products and services.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales engineering role.
- Experience with Compressor Packages, Pump Packages, Process Refrigeration, Gas Compression and Process System.
- Excellent Knowledge about Oil & Gas Production and power Generation.
- Familiar with Oil and Gas Standards such as API & DEP Shell.
- Excellent Knowledge about the contractors and End Users in Kuwait.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Kuwaiti Driving License.
