- Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and potential partners
- Initiate and manage the partnership process, including negotiations, contract drafting, and implementation
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop partnership strategies that align with business objectives
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, and make recommendations for improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new partnership opportunities
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate partnership progress and results to senior management
- Handle any issues or conflicts that arise during the partnership process, and work towards a resolution
- Having a good relationship with Government Authorities
- Will be in charge of getting special rates and deals from Hotels & Airlines, also, the Candidate will have to close deals with Ministries & Government Authorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners
- Proven experience in partnership management, with a track record of successful partnership development and implementation
- Excellent negotiation and contract drafting skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential partnership opportunities
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Experience in the Travel industry is preferred
