- Maintain organized files and records while performing all related clerical tasks efficiently.
- Ensure completeness of documentation, communication, and material requisitions by following up diligently.
- Prepare various types of documentation, including text, spreadsheets, memos, and letters, as well as handle requisitions effectively.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and contribute to inventory management of spare parts and consumables.
- Handle submission and follow-up of invoices and service orders accurately.
- Provide support to company export laboratory staff regarding office administrative matters when needed.
- Assist in the calibration of laboratory equipment and preparation of crude oil testing reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 2-3 years of experience preferably in oil & gas industry or Testing & certification industry.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic language is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer usage and office software applications.
