Cafe Supervisor

• Manage all aspects of café operations, including scheduling shifts, menu engineering, inventory management, and customer service, to ensure efficiency and profitability.

• Implement strategies to minimize wastage and maximize profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Train and supervise café staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to company policies.

• Oversee the setup and launch of the new booth, ensuring smooth operations from day one.

• Monitor and analyze café performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive growth and profitability.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.

• Proven experience in managing a café concept, including scheduling shifts, menu engineering, inventory management, and customer service.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Arabic and English.

• Hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example and motivate a team to deliver exceptional results.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities with ease.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Must be locally available in Kuwait.
