This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing (car dealer)Assistant Manager-Automotive company in Kuwait. The Leasing Assistant Manager will manage and supervise the daily functions and operations of the automobile leasing department. The candidate will work closely with the sales team to identify, strategize, and implement best practices to increase sales, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.Support Business Head - Leasing.
Good Product & Presentation Skills (B2B).
Plan Territory / Time Management with Division Manager/Team.
Capable of winning new Corporate leasing clients.
Profit driven and capable to negotiate better pricing.
People person, leverage networkQualificationsAt least 5 years of experience in automotive leasing and sales
Bachelor's degree or higher in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering, Sales, Business Administration, or related fields
Strong analytical, communication, and managerial skills to lead complex projects and cross-functional teams
Excellent knowledge of automotive leasing policies, regulations, and customer service standards
Proficient in computer software and applications related to automotive leasing, finance, and sales
Ability to work effectively under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize deadlines
Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and increase customer satisfaction and retention
In-depth knowledge of the automobile industry trends, technologies, and market competition
