- Manage customer appointments, job cards, and repair order processes efficiently.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication between customers, insurance companies, and workshop teams.
- Monitor and follow up on job progress to ensure timely delivery of repaired vehicles.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations with professionalism and prompt resolution.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering consistent, high-quality service.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of job orders, estimates, invoices, and related paperwork.
- Collaborate with the bodyshop manager and estimators for efficient resource planning and workflow management.
- Train and mentor reception staff to maintain service excellence and adherence to procedures.
- Prepare daily reports on job status, customer feedback, and reception KPIs for management review.
- Ensure the reception area maintains a clean, organized, and professional environment at all times.
