1. To plan and schedule the work and efficiently organise the site / facilities in order to meet an agreedprogramme of deadlines.2. To attend regular meetings with clients, architects and consultants and keeping them informed ofprogress.3. To supervise and monitor the site labour force through General Foreman and or Supervisors, monitoringthe work to complete the work as per customer's satisfaction.4. To oversee quality control and safety matters on the site, and ensure that regulations are adhered to.5. To resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any time.6. To oversee the selection and requisition of materials for use in the maintenance, to check whether thematerials are as specified.7. To supervise and ensure proper maintenance of materials and to advice on technology and modificationsrequired for a simpler and cost saving mechanism.8. To prepare necessary paperwork for the completion of work and get it authorised by the client after theirinspection.9. To develop a relationship with the Project Engineer and prepare periodical reports on the progress ofwork.10. Prepare Maintenance Schedule, Monthly, Weekly and Daily Reports.11. Analyse all Equipment’s Requirements and Request of all tools and Consumables.12. Resolve all Maintenance issues and recommend improvement to same if required.13. Maintain an efficient and safe working environment for all employees.14. Dealing with emergencies & unplanned problems.15. Implementation and Monitoring of all mechanical Related Works at sites as per approved drawing andsafety rules16. Mange and provide engineering and technical supports to all the mechanical work groups at site17. Plan and execution of all mechanical related works and coordinates the works to other departments likecivil, electrical and instrumentation18. Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all mechanical groups atsite19. Ensure that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards20. Attend regular meeting with client engineers and consultant to provide update on project progress21. Issue of permit to work (PTW) and proper isolation of equipment22. Involved no load trial & Load trial of drives23. Maintain all operation monitoring record of log sheets and Periodically & Review the same to improvemonitoring and early detection of abnormality24. Involved in the Commissioning activities25. Co-Ordination with Client & vendors for spare parts procurement26. Preparing All Safety Documents (LMRA – Lifting Plan – Isolation Reconfirmation checklist – ConfinedSpace Permit – Hot Work Permit).27. Checking , measuring & Analyzing Vibration for Rotating Equipment Machines
