We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with a minimum of 10 years ofoverall experience, including at least 4 years in the oil and gas sector.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in pipeline work, roadcrossings, and Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) activities.Previous experience working with KNPC is essential, as the project involves pipelinework inside KNPC facilities.

Review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure alignment with project requirements and industry standards.
Assess and approve feasibility studies and technical documents prepared by other teams.
Oversee and evaluate civil engineering activities, including pipeline work, road crossings, and HDD operations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, KNPC standards, and industry best practices.
Review and verify resource distribution, ensuring efficient management of materials, labor, and equipment.
Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
Supervise construction activities and contractors to ensure adherence to project plans.

Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
