- Provides comprehensive level of assistance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Provides high level of administrative and clerical support to the unit or function.
- Undertakes special projects to meet the objectives of the function.
- Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously, and follow-up on issues in a timely manner.
- Collects and prepares background documents for various tasks.
- Supports the following contacts activities: Administration of all contract documents and maintain tracking log.
- Follow-up all assigned contracts to ensure compliance with AU policies, and coordinate with solicitor as deemed necessary
- Follows the university rules and regulations.
- Prepares correspondence, including composing routine letters and memos.
- Maintains extensive files and records for the unit.
- Undertakes other duties as required by the Senior Manager.
