2. Review all technical aspects related to business in order to ensure that it is operating at optimal efficiency.
3. Conduct research and data analysis for business decisions.
4. Provide innovative solutions based on trends in a cost-effective manner.
5. Liaise between SAP Consultant and Business Change Managers/Process Owners in order to ensure Organization Readiness in all technical aspects is complete.
6. Conduct Readiness Assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and user-friendly manner
7. Identify potential risks and develop plans to mitigate them.
8. Coordinate the design of SOP's and supporting technical documentations.
9. Provide technical support for SAP DBM users by addressing and resolving help desk tickets on time and on efficient manner.
10. Provide Industry standard Solutions in DBM Core modules Sales and After sales.
11. Design, implement and configure minor to major functionalities in SAP DBM.
12. Follow up with DBM Section of users and Finance data owners to fix data issues or to re-assign responsibilities.
13. Propose advanced technical solutions to the business impacting their efficiency and Revenue.
14. Prepare Functional Specification Documents and review the changes done by 3rd Party teams.
15. Manage design process, implementation, and ongoing enhancements for the overall SAP DBM module.
16. Analyze the document requirements and design solutions for the business process scenarios by means of interviews, workflow analyses and facilitated discussions with users.
17. Realize the technology solution in order to fulfill business requirements, including design frameworks, documentation and proof of concept needs while adhering to documentation, configuration, security, development, and testing standards and guidelines.
18. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specification design and interface design documents for development, testing and implementation.
19. Review and approve deliverables in coordination with client business stakeholders.
20. Analyze existing custom developments, objects, modifications and evaluate the impact of changes on them.
21. Determine business requirements and troubleshoot issues in coordination with the users.
22. Keep track of customer satisfaction and provides input and assistance to other IT projects related to ERP as required.
23. Analyze SAP middleware functions including BDOC architecture, replication, message queues, and request processing.
24. Support latest technologies related to Mobile applications.Minimum Requirements:Educational Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business with 8 years of experience (6+ years in SAP IS-Auto). or
Diploma in Computer Science (3 years) or equivalent and 2 years of additional managerial experience. (5+ years in SAP IS-Auto)Linguistic Abilities: English is a must.Certification and Licensure: SAP Certification.
