Enjoy a vibrant international community, access to professional growth, and a balance of city life and cultural richness.Your RoleProvide academic, social-emotional, and behavioral counseling to studentsWork with students individually and in small groups to support mental health, conflict resolution, and personal developmentCollaborate with teachers, parents, and leadership to promote a positive school climateSupport transitions, career readiness, and student goal setting (especially in upper grades)Lead wellness initiatives, character education programs, and preventative workshopsHelp implement behavior management plans and crisis response proceduresWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in School Counseling, Psychology, or a related fieldValid certification/licensure as a school counselorAt least 2 years of experience in school counseling (international experience preferred)Deep understanding of child and adolescent developmentExcellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skillsNative-level English fluencyEmpathetic, culturally aware, and proactive in supporting student wellbeingSalary & BenefitsTax-free salary: KWD 950 – 1,200/month (based on qualifications and experience)Free furnished accommodation or housing allowanceFree tuition for up to 2 dependent childrenAnnual round-trip airfarePrivate medical insurance, visa sponsorship, and end-of-service gratuityOngoing professional development and potential for leadership rolesHow to Apply
