ResponsibilitiesWe envisage success in this role to include:
Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a residential property setting.
Strong knowledge of building systems and related services (Civil, MEP, Electrical maintenance best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, staff, and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in budget management, vendor negotiation, and contract administration.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Strong headed and patient nature.
Driving License is essential.
