  • Strengthen the restaurant’s Vietnamese Pan Asian identity through concept refinement and recipe development if needed
  • Assist in hiring the right head chef and building a strong culinary leadership team
  • Train and supervise staff during pre-opening and for at least 2-3 months post-launch
