- Conduct comprehensive orientation sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the Kuwait Steel work culture.
- Coordinate with different departments to facilitate the setup of workstations, IT requirements, and necessary documentation for new employees.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of onboarding materials and documentation.
- Plan and execute various employee engagement activities, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement Manager to identify and implement initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and well-being.
- Regularly assess employee morale and gather feedback to improve engagement strategies.
- Manage the HR careers inbox, promptly responding to inquiries and directing messages to the appropriate channels.
- Oversee the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to streamline processes and enhance the candidate experience.
- Provide comprehensive support to the Chief HR Officer and various HR departments as needed.
- Assist in organising training programs, workshops, and other HR-related events.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Proven experience in HR coordination or related roles.
- Familiarity with onboarding processes and employee engagement activities.
- Previous exposure to applicant tracking systems is advantageous.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
