Job SummaryThe Senior Sales Consultant is responsible for driving sales growth of automotive consumables including lubricants, tires, and batteries. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, providing product expertise, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure long-term business relationshipsJob ResponsibilitiesAchieve monthly and annual sales targets for lubricants, tires, and batteries.Identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, site visits, and networking.Generate and follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and negotiate pricing with customers.Expand client base including retail customers, workshops, fleets, and industrial accounts.Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.Provide pre- and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.Maintain in-depth knowledge of all lubricant, tire, and battery product lines, applications, and specifications.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer feedback.Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.Ensure timely invoicing, payment collection, and adherence to company credit policies.Assist in inventory planning and demand forecasting for assigned product lines. * Submit regular sales activity reports, forecasts, and customer visit logs to the Sales Manager.Recommend new products or modifications to meet customer and market demands. * Educate customers on product features, technical benefits, and proper usage.Support marketing efforts by participating in trade shows, promotions, and product launches. * Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure timely delivery of products.Candidate RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or related field.4-6 years of sales experience in automotive consumables (lubricants, tires, batteries).Strong knowledge of automotive aftermarket and B2B sales processes.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally or regionally.Strong selling and negotiation skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Technical knowledge of lubricant grades, tire specifications, and battery capacities.Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude.Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.Ability to work independently and under pressure. * Kuwait Visa 18 transferable
