Job Purpose:- Maintaining a safe and secure environment within the company premises.Job Responsibilities:- Monitor and control access points to the facility, ensuring only authorized personnel, visitors, and vehicles enter.- Conduct regular patrols of the facility, including outdoor areas, to deter and detect any suspicious activities or security breaches.- Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to promptly respond to any signs of intrusion, unauthorized access, or unusual activities.- Respond quickly to emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, and security breaches, by following established protocols.- Coordinate with emergency services, such as police, and medical personnel, as necessary.- Document and report all incidents, accidents, and security breaches in a timely and accurate manner.- Complying with Kuwait Steel policies, HSE Management System and Integrated Management System (ISO9001/14001/45001).- Executing Health, Safety and Environment plans in the workplace according to HSE standard, company and country rules and legal regulations.- Achieving and maintaining company HS&E targets, objectives and preserving and protecting Kuwait Steel lives.- Responsible for safeguarding company assets, employees, visitors, and maintaining compliance with security procedures.Required Qualification:- High school diploma or equivalent.Preferred Experience:- 1 to 2 years' experience in security or law enforcement is preferred.Job-Specific Skills:- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.- Strong attention to detail and observational skills.- Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and perform patrols for extended periods.- Knowledge of emergency response procedures and first aid is a plus.
