We are seeking a talented Architect with 3 to 7 years of experience . This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about architectural design and have a strong background in luxury projects, corporate environments, or real estate. The successful candidate will possess a blend of technical skills and creative vision, enabling them to deliver exceptional designs that meet client expectations while adhering to industry standards. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping spaces that are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing.Responsibilities: * Develop innovative architectural designs and concepts tailored to client specifications and project requirements.

Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3ds Max to create detailed architectural drawings and visual presentations.
Conduct thorough site assessments to evaluate location suitability and coordinate with contractors and vendors for project execution.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to deadlines.
Prepare and submit documentation for building permits and ensure compliance with local regulations and codes.
Engage with clients throughout the design process to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to designs.
Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in design technologies to enhance project outcomes.
Provide mentorship and support to junior architects and interns to foster professional development.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure alignment with design specifications.

Preferred Candidate: * Bilingual with excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration with diverse teams and clients.

Proven experience in architectural design, particularly in luxury projects or corporate environments.
Strong proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit (version 4 or higher), and Photoshop.
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Experience in site location assessment and coordination with contractors and vendors.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
