Academic Year 2025–2026American International University (AIU) is seeking dynamic and engaged adjunct faculty in Physics for an immediate start within the School of Arts & Sciences. We welcome educators who are passionate about teaching, mentoring, and creating successful learning environments, and who embrace collaboration across disciplines.The ideal candidate is an innovative professional and active member of the physics field who can bring real-world relevance into the classroom. Teaching responsibilities may include introductory through advanced physics courses. Candidates should demonstrate experience with standard industry tools, flexibility in instructional modalities (classroom, hybrid, online), and proficiency with learning management systems and instructional technologies to support student success.We especially welcome applicants who will broaden our curriculum and enrich our diverse campus community.Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Physics or a closely related field
- University teaching experience (preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and mentoring
- Experience with multiple teaching modalities and learning management systems
- Background in program and course outcomes assessment (highly desirable)
