Key Responsibilities:· Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including but not limited to accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and tax compliance.· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports in compliance with local regulations.· Implement and enhance automation tools for reconciliations, payroll, expense tracking, and reporting (e.g., Zoho, Excel, or AI-driven platforms).· Analyze financial data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.· Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of bank statements, supplier accounts, and inter-branch transactions.· Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities in coordination with operations and management.· Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies during inspections and year-end audits.· Collaborate with IT and department heads to digitize finance-related workflows and improve reporting accuracy.· Maintain proper documentation and internal controls across all accounting activities.
