- Be and appear presentable at all times.
- Ensure to provide a memorable experience and best service to customers/visitors.
- Interact and build rapport with customers those who visit the store / location.
- Attend to provide solution to visitor complaints and simple problems and direct them to the senior person if needed.
- Keep control of visitor attendance.
- Complete the daily section checklists.
- Identify failures, shortage of materials, utensils or other elements of service and report to the seniors.
- Ensure the cleaning tasks are complete during operation
- Provide accurate information to the customers about the various products and recharges available.
- Understand the requests of the customers and guests at the event and during normal operations of the store.
- Monitor the safety and cleanliness of the location / store during all the operations hours.
- Reports and hands over of items any instances of lost and found items to the Team Leader or Assistant Store Manager.
- Maintains safe custody of the inventory used for cleaning and maintain the location/store in a tidy manner.
- Report any break-down of facilities or equipment to the management and ensure timely fixing.
- Ensure periodical maintenance is carried out as per the schedule and report any deviations.
- Give instructions to clients and guests about the precautionary measure to be followed during the event to avoid any accidents.
- Maintain an Incident Report Log Book where all incidents are recorded.
- Report all accidents/incidents properly and timely to the manager and follow-up with the injured guest.
- Adjusts hours of work, priorities, and assignments to ensure efficient operation, based on workload within the department.
