We are currently seeking an experienced Auto-Leasing Manager to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As an Auto-Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the leasing process for our automotive inventory. This includes managing the leasing team, developing leasing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the leasing process.Responsibilities: * Manage the leasing team and provide guidance and support to ensure leasing targets are met

Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to promote leasing options and incentives
Review and analyze leasing applications, credit histories, and financial statements
Negotiate leasing terms and conditions with customers
Prepare and execute leasing contracts and documentation
Conduct regular inspections of leased vehicles to ensure proper maintenance and care
Resolve any customer complaints or issues related to the leasing process
Maintain accurate records of leasing transactions and customer information

Preferred Candidate: * Minimum of 5 years of experience in auto-leasing management

Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and leasing practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet leasing targets
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and leasing software
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Fluency in English and Arabic

إعداد وتنفيذ عقود ووثائق التأجير
إجراء فحوصات دورية للسيارات المؤجرة لضمان الصيانة والرعاية السليمة
حل أي شكاوى أو مشاكل تتعلق بعملية التأجير من قبل العملاء
الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لمعاملات التأجير ومعلومات العملاء

المرشح المفضل:

خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة تأجير السيارات
معرفة قوية بصناعة السيارات وممارسات التأجير
مهارات اتصال وتواصل ممتازة
القدرة على إدارة الفريق بفعالية وتحديد أولويات المهام
انتباه للتفاصيل ومهارات تنظيمية قوية
القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتحقيق أهداف التأجير
اجادة استخدام حزمة Microsoft Office وبرامج التأجير
رخصة قيادة صالحة وسجل قيادة نظيف
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية
