The Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager is responsible for enhancing the dining experience for guests. This position involves overseeing the entire food and beverage operation, ensuring high standards of service and quality. The F&B Manager will be responsible for developing menus, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.   • Collaborate with the General Manager to promote F&B events and special offers.

  • Oversee the setup and execution of special events and catering services.
