Commissioning manager crude oil tankfarm, pipelines and facilities

• Provide assistance during commissioning/start-up/performance testing for the tankages, related road works, buildings, pipe racks, pipelines, water systems and control systems.
• Effectively and efficiently manage the Field pre-commissioning verification, commissioning & start up and handover process, including all associated activities safely and within quality specifications, schedule and budget.
• Development and implement the integrated commissioning and start up plan.
• Participate in audits and reviews e.g. pre-start-up audits, Final Acceptance Audits, Performance Testing, Post Implementation Reviews etc. and make relevant recommendations.
• Ensure alignment of commissioning and start-up activities in accordance with the Project Completion and Handover Procedure
• Ensure development of the required progress monitoring tools for the commissioning and start-up phase.
• Ensure availability of an overall commissioning and start up logic and schedule, to ensure seamless transition and handover from Construction to Commissioning and to Operations.
• Ensure the establishment of the strategies, plans and targets for the commissioning phase to ensure that key project objectives are met in respect to HSE, quality/performance, schedule and cost.
• Verify and validates the contractor's compliance with its scope of work in support of the commissioning & start-up activities.
• Implement the required skills and capability development, training programme etc to ensure flawless Project Delivery up and ops readiness.
• Support Operations in resolution of technical issues during the initial start-up of the project.
• Handover all assets to the Operations organization at Final Handover in accordance with the Completions and Handover Procedure.

• the ideal candidate shall have at least 5+ years' experience in Mechanical commissioning Management
• Bsc or Master Degree in Mechanical or several years proven experience
• Excellent written and verbal knowledge of English
