- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the entire hotel and resort operation, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including rooms, food & beverage, spa, recreation, and guest services.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business plans and budgets to maximize profitability and revenue generation.
- Lead a team of department heads, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and employee engagement.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction, exceeding expectations at every touchpoint.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, developers, and local authorities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative strategies to maintain the hotel's competitive edge.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven success as a General Manager of a 5-star hotel or resort.
- Minimum of 10 years of total experience in the 5-star hotel or resort industry, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of exceeding financial targets and driving operational excellence.
- Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and guest expectations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Experience in managing large-scale budgets and complex operations.
- International hotel experience is a significant advantage.
- Ability to deploy at short notice is preferred.
