We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual direction across a diverse portfolio including retail, lifestyle, real estate, and cultural brands. The ideal candidate will bring strong creative vision, hands-on executional skills, and a passion for delivering impactful, on-brand visuals across digital, print, motion, and spatial formats.Key Responsibilities

Lead the design process from concept to execution, transforming ideas into compelling visuals
Develop creative campaigns for events, activations, and seasonal initiatives across the brand portfolio
Manage project timelines and deliverables with strong attention to detail and creative quality
Design engaging assets across print, digital, social media, signage, and environmental graphics
Create visual content for diverse formats such as Instagram stories, billboards, and 3D renderings
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints while adapting to each brand's voice and audience
Serve as a brand guardian, maintaining visual identity standards while pushing creative boundaries
Translate brand strategies into logos, packaging, signage, merchandise, and other design deliverables
Contribute to full campaign rollouts for mall events, CSR initiatives, exhibitions, and seasonal campaigns
Use performance feedback and internal collaboration to refine creative work and ensure results
Collaborate closely with marketing, PR, content, and event teams to align design with campaign goals
Lead design reviews and support junior designers or freelancers when needed
Coordinate with external vendors including printers, production houses, and fabricators
Manage production specs, review mockups, and ensure flawless final output across all media types
