Seeking a technically skilled IT Associate. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing Applications to meet the business needs of our organization.Candiate will work closely with various departments to understand their IT (Application) requirements, troubleshoot issues, and recommend efficient and effective solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, the ability to manage multiple applications and strong communication skills to collaborate with internal departments and external vendors.Key Responsibilities:Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Provide first level technical support for existing application issues
Participate in IT projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, and post-implementation review and support.
Provide training to end-users on new systems, software, and best practices.
Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure that Applications and services meet organizational needs and timely response to issue resolution.
Regular Communication with business and align with theier needs and requirments.
Ability to Collaborate with various departments to gather and document business and technical requirements for new projects.Technical Skills :Basic knowledge of programming etc.
Expeirence working with different Databases Mysql , MSSQL.
Familiar with Microsoft Powerplatform Products like Powerapps , PowerAutomate.Education and ExpierenceBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Must have 2-3 years of experience in an IT analyst or similar role
