Promote and sell Car Rental & leasing in order to achieve RAC sales targets and customer satisfaction index.Responsibilities:

Operational:
1. Ensure vehicles availability for rent in good condition.
2. Update all vehicles movements, type and transactions with user details on MOI system.
3. Ensure all opened and closed customer contracts are with accurate information and valid customer documentation as per RAC Policy and Procedure and are applicable based on MOI and Legal regulations to be updated in the system.
4. Improve the utilization and revenue of the location as per plan, by prospecting customers by direct mail /phone or by visits wherever necessary.
5. Keep up to date records of all customers and prospects in RAC systems.
6. Collect refundable deposit from the customer, prepare receipt, update details in RAC system and deposit cheque/cash with cashier on daily basis/secure valid Credit card as guarantee.
7. Inform the customer about Traffic fine, obtain payment from the customer and send receipt to Traffic Department through traffic representative or attach copy of customer Civil ID, driving license, delivery note to the report on traffic fine and hand over to the Traffic Representative of the division for payment in Traffic Department.
8. Prepare Debit note in case of Damages / Traffic Fines / Fuel Charges / Extra KM and send to customer upon approval from Finance/Invoicing Dept.
9. Request from Asst. Manager, Invoicing & Customer Support for Credit Note in case of premature return of vehicle or change in the Rental rates, send to customer upon approval from Finance/Invoicing department.
10. Follow up on daily, weekly and monthly charges to be collected in advance and update customer files & Statement to ensure that there are no outstanding payments before closing of each month.
11. Report any default from customer to concerned departments within 2 days and before exceeding 1 month to take necessary legal action.
12. Prepare Daily Call Sheets and monthly sales details.
13. Coordinate with Fleet Controller to enhance the smooth delivery of vehicles to the customers.
14. Ensure RAC location is clean, neat, and tidy and open/closure timing is well respected as per RAC policy.
People Management:
1. Assign duties and examine work for accuracy, neatness, and compliance to policies and procedures.
2. Check employee attendance and report absence and attendance exceptions, prepare annual leave plan for employees and overtime sheets on company systems for management approval.
3. Explain and advise staff on Group policy and quality standards and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
4. Provide on the job training and coaching to staff and provide information and necessary material to staff to carry out the jobs.
5. Receive grievances raised by subordinates and promptly escalate such grievances to management.
Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and presentations.
Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on internal communication portals.
Adhere to Al-Sayer Group policies and health and safety regulations.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
