The Senior QA/QC Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of products and services within the Oil & Gas industry. This position involves overseeing quality assurance and quality control processes to meet industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in QA/QC methodologies, a strong understanding of industry standards, and the ability to lead teams effectively. This role is vital for maintaining the integrity of operations and ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards.Responsibilities: * Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and policies to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Conduct regular inspections and audits of processes and products to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and present findings to management.
Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during inspections.
Review and approve quality documentation, including inspection plans and test reports.
Monitor supplier quality performance and conduct evaluations as necessary.
Lead root cause analysis for non-conformance issues and implement preventive measures.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in QA/QC methodologies.

Preferred Candidate: * Proven experience in QA/QC within the Oil & Gas sector.
