- Develop action plan that ensures the attainment of company sales goals and profitability;
- Responsible for the performance and development of Key Accounts (Existing Customers);
- Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by a team of effective search of new sales leads and prospects;
- Initiates and coordinates the development of action plans to penetrate new markets;
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing activities as needed;
- Conducts one-on-one reviews with all Key accounts to build more effective communication, and to provide insight for the improvement of accounts sales and activity performance;
- Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales, competition feedback, price surveys and competitor activity reports;
- Assist and participate in preparation of the annual budget;
- Providing sales reviews analysis quarter wises;
- Providing sales presentations for reporting purposes and analysis;
- Control expenses to meet budget guidelines;
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
