ResponsibilitiesThis position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company.
- Responsible and manages all daily requirements at a specific Site or multiple Site locations.
- Serves as the main Point of Contact (POC) to the Government at the Site for all Site operational and maintenance requirements.
- Responsible for all Site employees and Sub-Contractors working for the Site LCV contract.
- Responsible for all Scope of Work (SoW) development for solicitations to Subcontractors.
- Responsible for all Technical Evaluations of site-specific Subcontractor proposals.
- Responsible for the establishment of all Site doctrine to include but not limited to: Site Safety Plan, Quality Plan, Work Construction, applicable SoPs.
- Reports to the Deputy Task Order Manager and completes all required reports and documentation.
- Responsible for accountability, safety, and security of all Site equipment and personnel.
- Performs other duties as required by Task Order Management.
- Education/Experience Requirements
- Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management or related discipline preferred.
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred.
- Must have an ACTIVE Secret Clearance and should be able to maintain the required clearance.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Experience:
- Ten (10) years’ experience as a manager in a multi-discipline environment comparable to that offered under this contract.
- Preferred background in military installation base support/infrastructure management.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Operations, Site Management or Program Management directly supporting DoD or DoS.
- Working Conditions
- The worker is subject to extreme heat. Temperatures typically above 110+ degrees for extended periods of time. Consideration should be given to the effect of other environmental conditions, such as wind and humidity.
- The worker is subject to noise. There is sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard above ambient noise level.
- The worker is subject to hazards. Includes a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, working on scaffolding and high places, exposure to high heat or exposure to chemicals.
- The worker is subject to driving long periods of time between sites.
- Physical Requirements:
- Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
