As the AI Engineer, you will play a key role in building AI products from concept to production. You'll work at the intersection of technology and business: designing, deploying, and scaling models that deliver measurable impact across different sectors.

Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions, from data exploration to production deployment.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-powered features.
Build scalable ML pipelines and deploy models into production environments.
Optimise model performance, scalability, and cost efficiency across multiple use cases.
Ensure reproducibility, monitoring, and retraining for production-grade AI solutions.
Stay ahead of AI trends and recommend innovative approaches to strengthen the group's digital agenda.

Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
3 to 6 years' experience in AI/ML engineering, with proven ability to bring models into production.
Experience working on AI applications in one or more of: retail, logistics, finance, or real estate.
Strong Python skills and knowledge of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Hands-on experience with MLOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Understanding of APIs, containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
