We are looking for a motivated, organized English language teacher to join our team full-time, with some light academic coordination responsibilities. This role primarily involves teaching, with additional support for the smooth running of academic and administrative tasks. You will:- Deliver engaging in-person English lessons aligned with BSC's curriculum and quality standards (TEFLI/TEFLQ).
- Assist with managing student timetables and course bookings to help ensure smooth programme delivery.
- Help maintain accurate student records and support compliance with college policies and British Council guidelines.
- Support the recruitment and induction of new teaching staff as needed.
- Assist with ordering stock, stationery, and supplies within delegated authority.
- Participate in local marketing activities, including occasional events, fairs, and promotional photos/videos.
- Help keep the centre well presented
- Provide class cover when needed for holidays or unplanned absences.
- Work flexibly to meet the needs of the school and show passion for teaching and teamwork.QualificationsWhat Were Looking For:
- Native level English speaker.
- University degree or equivalent professional teaching experience.
- Minimum TEFLI status with experience teaching English in the UK or abroad.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Understanding of ELT methodologies and British Council standards.
- Experience with digital teaching tools and IELTS preparation is an advantage.Salary and Benefits- Salary: 850 - 1000 KWD according to experience
