Support the Property’s to maintain the assigned properties. Responsible for the smooth operation of all electrical, to achieve high quality service for the building and tenants. To ensure sub-contractors and specialist contractors carry out the planned and reactive work within the assigned building. * Work to ensure the safety of buildings in accordance with the security and safety standards followed within the commercial company Responding to all emergencies within the properties and physical presence at the sites.

Respond to all kinds of emergencies at properties under the site supervisor’s responsibility
Handle emergencies and regular repairs.
Co-ordinate Electrical maintenance
Review and assign service requests
Inspecting preventative maintenance schedules and quality of work performed is effective.
Facilitate quotes for reactive repair works
Personally inspect property on a regular basis to ensure all the work is being done properly, safely, and in a timely manner.
Ensure reactive work requests are implemented via the helpdesk and works closed when works are completed.
Ensure fire safety equipment is operational.
Co-ordinate maintenance and repairs to appliances including refrigerators and washing machines where applicable.
Ensure in-house technicians carry out their work as instructed and monitor their work and performance.
Ensure all work is carried out in a safe manner.
Ensure plant rooms are maintained and secure.
Ensure knowledge sharing among the team .
Any other task assigned by management and ability for supporting with multi tasks.
