About the job HR DirectorOne of our leading and prestigious Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) client in Kuwait is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Director to join their team.Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced HR professional to fill the role of HR Director. The preferred candidate should be a strategic leader well-versed in HR best practices and labor laws, demonstrating a successful history of spearheading HR initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.Responsibilities:Strategic HR Leadership:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of the company.
  • Collaborate with senior management to provide strategic direction on talent acquisition, retention, and development.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
  • Implement effective onboarding programs and talent development initiatives.
Employee Relations:
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
HR Policies and Compliance:
  • Develop and update HR policies in compliance with local labor laws and industry standards.
  • Ensure adherence to legal requirements and ethical standards across all HR practices.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain high-caliber employees.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure our offerings remain competitive in the market.
Learning and Development:
  • Implement training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

HR Analytics and Reporting:

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Director or in a senior HR leadership role within the FMCG industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Kuwaiti labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
