The Front Desk Agent plays a crucial role in the construction and building industry by serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This position requires a blend of customer service skills, administrative capabilities, and knowledge of the construction sector. The Front Desk Agent will ensure that all inquiries are handled promptly and professionally, contributing to a positive company image and enhancing client satisfaction.Responsibilities: * Greet and assist clients and visitors upon arrival, providing them with necessary information.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for management and project teams.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
  • Monitor and order office supplies to ensure the front desk is well-equipped.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide support during company events and meetings, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively.
Preferred Candidate: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a friendly demeanor.
  • Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
