- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for management and project teams.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
- Monitor and order office supplies to ensure the front desk is well-equipped.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Provide support during company events and meetings, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a friendly demeanor.
- Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred.
- Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
