Job SummaryThe Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that promote automotive products and services, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement and sales. This role supports product launches, campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and dealership-level marketing activities.Job ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns aligned with sales objectives.Plan and execute product launch events, roadshows, test drive campaigns, and exhibitions.Coordinate ATL/BTL advertising activities including print, radio, and outdoor advertising.Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and create engaging content specific to the automotive audience.Coordinate digital campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and Google Ads.Track online traffic and conversion metrics to optimize performance.Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.Support pricing, product positioning, and segmentation based on market insights.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (ROI, KPIs, etc.).Promote new models, after-sales services, and seasonal promotions across all customer touchpoints.Collaborate with sales teams to develop showroom merchandising, POS materials, and brochures.Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all marketing materials.Coordinate with CRM teams to execute customer loyalty programs and satisfaction surveys.Support lead generation initiatives through campaigns and digital platforms.Analyze customer feedback and behavior to suggest service or product improvements.Liaise with external agencies, media partners, and suppliers for campaign execution and materials production.Manage the marketing budget and track costs related to campaigns and promotions.Candidate RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in the automotive industry.Experience in digital marketing tools and CRM platforms is an advantage.Knowledge of local and international automotive market trends.Experience in organizing test drive events and motor shows.Arabic language proficiency (for GCC region roles).
