- Lead and supervise a team of detailing, including training, performance management, and task delegation.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
- To guide the junior / Sr. detailers in their work.
- Assists in developing the TEKLA templates, custom components and detailing standards.
- Act as checker when required for checking detailers work
- When required to build / review the TEKLA Models
- Reply the Shop queries.
- Claims analysis and prepare replies.
- Experience in Tekla modelling.
- Design Knowledge is required.
- Minimum 10-12 yrs. of work experience as a Sr. Checker in any PEB or Structural steel Co's.
- BSc Civil Engineering.
