We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to join our Marketing team. This role plays a key part in managing and optimizing our website and mobile app to drive growth, enhance the user experience, maximize sales opportunities, and support overall customer satisfaction and operational excellence. You will also contribute to the broader marketing strategy across other brands within Nasco Group.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end online merchandising: product creation, categorization, pricing, enabling/disabling products, management of SKU changes, payment flow testing, and moreLiaise with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely online stock availabilityTest and implement new website features; troubleshoot and ensure optimal functionalityPlan and execute promotional campaigns and upload campaign banners on both web and app platformsAdapt sizes of campaign banners to add on both web and app both during campaignsPlanning and execution of email marketing and push notificationsTrack and analyze online sales and website traffic using Magento dashboards, Google Analytics, and other internal dashboardsOptimize product visibility using SEO best practicesIdentify trends and insights to improve customer engagement, retention, and conversion ratesProfileRequirements and SkillsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Merchandising, Business or Other Related FieldHands on experience using e-commerce platforms such as Magento and ShopifyProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other professional design platforms is an advantageExperience using web analytics tools such as Google AnalyticsStrong organizational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.Two years minimum of e-commerce/online merchandisingTo apply, kindly submit your CV in PDF format to careers@nascokw.com.
