Key Responsibilities: - Establish strategic plans and sales objectives in line with sales targets.
- Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals Interacting with the LOB team.
- Grow/maintain the key accounts.
- Overall commercial responsibility of the lubricant business in the territory.
- Manage, Training, Coach, set goals and monitor performance of sales team.
- Oversee daily business operations, liaison with customers and operations team.
Candidate Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of local experience in similar role or industry.
- Fluent in English & Arabic languages.
- Excellent analytical skills (understand / interpret financial data and economic trends), and presentation skills.
- Effective communication and reporting across the business.
- Detailed understanding of petroleum products, marketing procedures, logistics & product knowledge (lubes); planning and budget process methodology.
- Transferable visa #18; Kuwait based.
- Must have valid Kuwait driver's license.
