We are looking for a talented and skilled Lime Plant QC Lab Technician to join our multicultural and diverse team in Kuwait. Ensures that the product quality satisfies client specifications by collecting samples and performing tests to determine the physical and chemical characteristics of raw materials, process materials, and finished products.Responsibilities:

Follow the rules and procedures for the activities of the Quality Control Department to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Collection, preparation, and testing of samples for lime, dolomite, and other raw materials in accordance with product specifications.
Prepare and verify/standardize chemical reagents and standard solutions necessary for analyses.
Providing laboratory equipment management and some user-level maintenance.
Monitors and calibrates / verifies laboratory equipment and report any abnormalities or irregularities.
Conduct periodic inventory of chemicals, instrument parts, supplies and other consumables.
Closely coordinates with production and logistics for the incoming raw materials, online production, and finished product sample for quality testing.
Records daily quality results.
Compiles data to generate reports.
Ensures compliance to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-year Technical Course in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or Industrial Technology or its equivalent.
Minimum 3 years work experience in inspection, testing, and analytical instruments.
Able to perform laboratory test by wet chemical method (Titration) and/or XRF machine.
