The HR and Administration Officer plays a pivotal role in managing the human resources and administrative functions of the organization. This position is essential for ensuring that the company operates smoothly and efficiently while fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various HR processes, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. Additionally, they will handle administrative tasks that support the overall operations of the company, making this role a blend of strategic and operational responsibilities.Responsibilities: * Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to enhance new hire integration.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Address employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues to promote a positive work environment.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Oversee payroll administration and ensure timely processing of employee compensation.
  • Support the management of employee benefits programs and communicate options to staff.
  • Contribute to the development of a strong organizational culture through employee engagement activities.
Preferred Candidate: * Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in HR management or administration.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Kuwait.
  • Adaptability to changing work environments and priorities.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development in HR practices.
