Collaborate with management to develop, implement, and monitor financial strategies, plans, and budgets.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
Monitor and control expenses to align with budgetary constraints.
Coordinate and support internal and external audits as needed.
Assist with HR administrative tasks, including documentation and record keeping.
Undertake other finance-related tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

Kuwaiti Nationality is a mandatory requirement.
Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
