- Monitor implementation of the annual plans and measure achievements of results against budgets and objectives and take corrective measures as appropriate.
- Recommend annual strategy in areas of SAP (designated portfolios) to best fit within the Group. Cost effectiveness and better solution is the aim of the strategy.
- Contribute to ensure improved utilization of the SAP SF module to drive cost efficiency across Alsayer Holdings Group of Companies.
- Lead and spearhead the Implementation of the Internal Employee Alsayer Mobile App for Employee Self-service, as One STOP SHOP, with notification alerts for approvals.
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP HR Modules covering Success Factors and ECC HCM to enhance the client's business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze the current SAP HR business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients need.
- Provide functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP HR products to clients for successful implementation of SAP.
- Carry out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures.
- Manage SAP Business All-In-One implementations.
- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs.
- Manage all the technical support provided to ASG internal clients (end users) for new SF Modules i.e. Employee Central, Job Profile Builder.
- Act as SAP Consultant for SAP JAM Application troubleshoot and resolve production support issues, monitor system performance.
- Provide technical support to ASG internal clients (end users) for SAP HCM FIORI applications.
- Develop and maintain SAP design and technical specification documents; assist in defining and documenting SAP Best Practices.
- Participate as the SAP Business Process Lead in implementation of SF EC Time off and Payroll, Workforce analytics, Workforce planning.
- Maintain Data consistency and integrations between HCM, SF EC, e synergy, and other SAP modules etc.
- Create and maintain the Synchronization\ Integration \ Automation between systems.
- Follow up with the third parties/vendor to provide required solutions for raised tickets with tracking efforts, status and prepare management reports.
- Advise Stake Holders on scheduled updates on the SF and other HR Applications.
- Coordinate and supervise the user training and testing scenarios on the deployed modules, systems and new IT staff training.
- Manage SAP/SF projects to ensure successful completion, implementation and support including the technical user documentation include flowcharts, DFD and ERD with screenshots for applications and modules developed.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot and resolve production support issues, monitor system performance for CEC portal.
