- Manage and maintain employee payroll records, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations for payroll processing.
- Generate payroll reports and provide insights to HR and Finance teams for decision making.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee benefits, deductions, and taxes.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and update the system accordingly.
- Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, testing and troubleshooting any issues.
- Train HR and Finance teams on payroll processes and system usage.
- Provide support and guidance to end users in troubleshooting payroll system issues.
