- Act as a Dyson brand ambassador in-store or at events, providing exceptional product demonstrations and consultations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively matching customer needs with the right Dyson solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage brand loyalty and repeat business.
- Provide after-sales support and guidance to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all Dyson products and stay updated on new technologies and launches.
- Work closely with store staff or retail partners to optimize product placement, stock levels, and visibility.
- Report daily or weekly sales performance and customer feedback to your line manager.
- Explains D&I and return and exchange policies to customers
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in premium consumer electronics or home appliances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs.
- Highly motivated, goal-driven, and enthusiastic about technology.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Prior experience with the Dyson brand or in a similar luxury/tech brand is a plus.
- Bilingual (Arabic, English).
