The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the wellbeing of our students and staff, as well as overseeing the pastoral care and discipline of the school. Start date September 2025 or ASAPResponsibilities:Develop and implement strategies to ensure the wellbeing of students and staffOversee the pastoral care and discipline of the schoolProvide support and guidance to students, parents and staff on pastoral issuesEnsure that all policies and procedures related to student welfare and safeguarding are up-to-date and followedWork with the Principal and other senior leaders to create a positive and inclusive school cultureSupport the professional development of staff in relation to pastoral careAttend and contribute to senior leadership team meetingsLiaise with external agencies as requiredRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Education or a related fieldExperience in a similar role, preferably in an international school settingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership and management skillsKnowledge of U.S curriculaAbility to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levelsFlexibility to adapt to the needs of the schoolA commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of studentsBenefits:Monthly Basic SalaryAs per Company Policy, based in years of experience.
