Drive company vehicle, such as passenger car, minibus, minivan, and other lightweight vehicles to transport passengers, products and material.Responsibilities:
Strategic:
1. NA
Operational:
1. Drive passenger cars, minibus, minivan, or pickup cars, as per the held driving license and regulations of the Kuwait MOI, to transport visitors, employees, documents, spare parts, products or materials to assigned locations according to assigned schedule.
2. Plan the shortest route using technology in order to ensure that the passengers and goods are transported quickly and safely.
3. Assist passengers to get into and leave vehicle, by opening doors, holding umbrellas in extreme weather conditions, in transporting and securing luggage etc.
4. Assist in loading and unloading products and material on the assigned cars.
5. Inspects vehicle for defects before and after trips and submits report indicating vehicle condition.
6. Maintain driver's log and submit to supervisor.
7. Service the vehicle driven, such as maintaining the vehicle's cleanliness, checking fluid levels, batteries, tires and replenishing fuel as per the company's policy and report to Line Manager in case of any irregularity.
8. Maintain driving the assigned vehicle(s) for job-related functions and tasks only.
9. Vehicle registration renewal and license for stickers (if any) to be timely notified to branch admin and act accordingly to renew on time.
10. Coordinate with customers and workshop staff for door-to-door service, follow SOP related to Walk-around check, handling hard copies of agreement with customer, payment collection etc.
11. Support the workshop operation as and when required for recall campaigns outreach activity etc.
12. Adhere to all the traffic laws and regulations of the Ministry of Interior of State of Kuwait. People Management:
