Job Description :Position Summary:We are seeking a qualified Urologist to join a reputable medical facility in Kuwait. The Urologist will diagnose and treat urinary tract and male reproductive system conditions while ensuring excellent patient care and safety.Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and manage conditions of the urinary tract and male reproductive organsPerform urological procedures and surgeries when requiredConduct physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic testsProvide patient counseling, education, and post-treatment careCollaborate with other medical specialists to ensure comprehensive patient careMaintain accurate patient documentation and follow medical protocolsStay updated on the latest advancements in urology and implement best practicesRequirements
Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with a specialization in Urology
Minimum 5 years of experience as a practicing urologist
Strong diagnostic and surgical skills in urology, including experience with endoscopic and minimally invasive procedures
Proven ability to manage complex urological cases and emergencies
Familiarity with latest urological technologies and treatment protocols
Valid Kuwaiti medical license or eligibility to obtain one
Good command of English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex medical information clearly to patients
Comfortable speaking in videos for social media and educational content
Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with current urology research and best practices
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary medical team
Strong ethical standards and respect for patient confidentiality and privacy
